With the Holidays fast approaching, how can a small business use social media to get their message to their customers?
Here are some simple ways to get involved and get results:
1. Tweet your coupons, promotions & events. Just a short sentence or two in addition to a URL can be very effective.
2. Use your Facebook Page to send out invitations to your special shopping days. Create an event and email it to all your fans. It’s easy and only takes a minute.
3. Create emails that contain your discounts offers and coupons. If you have a monthly newsletter, include time sensitive materials to entice your customers to take advantage of your products or services.
Studies are indicating that this Holiday Season even more businesses will use social media to increase their profits. It’s easy, fast & fun.
It’s the Holiday tip that you can’t afford to ignore!
